Voluntary Participation Informed Consent Form

This research study titled "AI4LABOUR - Reshaping workforce participation with artificial intelligence" is funded by the European Union's Horizon 2020 research and innovation program under the Marie Sklodowska-Curie Grant Agreement No 101007961 and is conducted by Prof. Dr. Meltem UCAL, a faculty member of the Economics department at Kadir Has University. The purpose of this form is to inform the participant about the research conditions and to obtain his/her consent to participate in the study voluntarily.

Purpose of the Study:

The AI4Labour project aims to predict what kind of new jobs will emerge in the near future and what kind of skills will be needed.

How You Will Help in the Study:

By participating in the study, you will support the identification of skills and professions needed in the future.

What You Need to Know as a Participant Providing Data to the Study:

If you participate, you will not face any risk.

What you approve:

I have learned about the research study and read the above; I voluntarily agree to participate in this study, and I agree that the quantitative, qualitative, visual, auditory data and records provided by me will be used, processed, stored as part of the project/study and shared without my name and personal information within the scope of scientific publication, scientific report, scientific presentation, competition, conference, promotion and similar non-commercial activities after the project/study is completed.
